Overall, the place was solid. The facilities were clean and easy to figure out, and I actually liked the pool and gym more than I expected. My only real complaint was the parking situation, which could definitely be improved. I didn’t really have to deal with customer service much, which is fine by me since I’m usually a little skeptical about how helpful they’ll actually be.

I paid once and it was exactly what they showed me upfront. No sneaky fees, no annoying nonsense, no billing crap popping up later.

I booked through The Preserve Collective it was a good experience. The prices were clear from the start, and there weren’t any random surprise fees at checkout, which you’d think would be common sense but isn’t always the case. The place itself was really nice, and the whole visit was easy from start to finish. For what we paid, it felt like a solid day out. I’d definitely use it again.

I went with my kids and overall it was okay. The place felt safe enough, and there was enough room for them to wander around without me constantly worrying, which I appreciated.

That said, it didn’t always feel super family-focused. A few areas were boring for younger kids, and the food options could definitely be better. Some parts also made me feel more like a ticket number than an actual guest, so it was fine, just not really memorable...

I was kind of worried about the noise before I moved in, but it’s been really calm so far. I barely hear my neighbors, and nights are usually quiet. It really makes working from home a lot easier

It’s not a bad place at all, and there are definitely nice parts, but the layout, signage, and inconsistent information made it feel more stressful than it needed to be

I had to cancel my visit and, i was a little worried about how the refund would go. But they got back to me quickly and sent the money back without making it a big issue. So, yeah... easy overall.

The staff were really helpful and professional. Just a solid, easy experience overall.

We booked The Preserve for my sister’s wedding after finding it on visitthepreserve, i was in a excited but slightly stressed mood that day, just hoping everything would go smoothly. The place looked just like the photos, maybe even better in person. The staff was friendly and helped keep things moving, which made a big difference. The ceremony area was clean, the food was good, and there was plenty of space for our guests. A few of the signs could’ve been clearer, and parking got a little confusing at one point, but overall it was a really nice day. Not perfect, but very solid, and I’d definitely consider using them again for an event

The valet was quick, I barely had to walk, and I didn’t end up just standing around waiting forever. The massage was really good and felt more personal than what I’ve had at some other spas nearby. The only downside was the sauna, which got a bit crowded while I was there. Still, overall it was a relaxing visit and I’d consider going back.

They did allow pets, which was nice, but the rules kind of feels unclear once we got there. There wasn’t really many places for our dog to roam around either. It’s okay for one night, but I wouldn’t say it was amazing.

In the end, it was a super smooth arrival and just what we needed after being on the road all day. Check-in was quick and easy, the directions were clear, and we found the place with no issues. The staff we met when we arrived were friendly too, which made everything feel simple and stress-free. No waiting, no confusion, just an easy start to the stay.

I do appreciate that The Preserve tries to switch things up with seasonal events. We went to one of the fall activities, and it was nice to have something different to do outdoors, especially if you’re looking for a low-key local outing.

That said, a few parts felt a little uneven. Some things were clearly planned out, but other basics, like where to check in, what was actually included, and how the schedule worked, could have been explained better. If you’re going, I’d recommend checking the event info ahead of time and maybe asking staff right when you arrive so you’re not wandering around trying to figure it out.

Overall, it was fine and we still had a decent time, but I wouldn’t call it a must-do unless the specific event really sounds like your thing. I’d probably go again if the theme looked fun, but I’d go in with relaxed expectations

I visited The Preserve and, i was surprised by how clean and well kept everything was. The walkways, bathrooms, and common areas all looked like someone actually takes care of them, not just when they’re trying to make the place look good for pictures. Maybe I’m picky, but cleanliness matters to me, and I don’t think it’s asking too much to expect a place to feel comfortable. This definitely did. I’d absolutely come back.
